1. Agreement Overview

These terms constitute a legal document (the "Agreement") that outlines the rights and obligations of you as a user or purchaser ("you") and those of Studio 1 Ltd ("Studio 1", "we", or "us") in connection with the products and services offered by us through this site or any other websites owned by us (the "Website"): ManfrottoSpares, GitzoSpares, RycoteSpares, Avenger-Grip-Spares, and AquatechSpares.

By using the Websites, ordering products from us, or registering for Studio 1 Ltd services, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. You reaffirm your agreement each time you use the Website or any of our services.

1.1 User Obligations

  • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration account form ("Registration Data").
  • Maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to ensure it remains true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • If you provide false or incomplete information, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, cease supply, and deny you current or future use of the Website.

1.2 Rights Reserved by Studio 1 Ltd

  • Modify or discontinue, either temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part of it) with or without prior notice.
  • Revise or update this Agreement, including pricing, periodically. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

It is your responsibility to review the Agreement regularly for updates, including pricing changes. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must stop using the Website immediately.

2. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

2.1 Placing an Order

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including name, contact details, shipping address, and your company or personal VAT/tax number.

2.2 Payment Methods

  • PayPal

All payments are processed securely, and your financial information is not stored by us.

2.3 Out of Stock or Backordered Items

If a product is marked as "Out of stock," you may subscribe to receive an email notification when it becomes available again. If marked as "Backorder," the item is in transit from the manufacturer and will be shipped upon arrival. If marked "In stock at warehouse," it is available at the factory and dispatched once received by us.

2.4 Pricing

As we ship internationally, all prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. Any applicable VAT, tariffs, or taxes will be calculated and added at checkout depending on your shipping destination.

2.5 Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed only when you receive an email acknowledging payment and processing.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping Policy

We ship internationally using carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, Deutsche Post, and Royal Mail. Most shipments are tracked; delivery times and costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are based on carrier averages but cannot be guaranteed.

3.2 EU Orders and IOSS Information

  • Orders under €150: VAT is collected at checkout via the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS). No further VAT or handling fees should be charged on delivery.
  • Orders over €150: IOSS does not apply. Import VAT, duties, and fees will be due upon import and collected by the carrier.

Studio 1 Ltd is not responsible for additional charges, import duties, or customs delays.

3.3 US Shipping Terms

All spare parts supplied by Studio 1 Ltd are of EU (Italy) origin. For shipments to the United States, a 15% tariff/duty is applied at checkout. Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties are collected in advance, and there should be no additional import charges on delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local customs regulations. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing or local import restrictions.

3.4 Failed Deliveries and Rejected Shipments

If delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address, non-collection, or refusal without valid cancellation, parcels are returned to us. Redelivery fees or deductions for recovery costs (including shipping, customs, duties, and carrier fees) may apply. For international shipments, refusal of customs duties or fees remains your responsibility.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

4.1 Return and Refund Policy

UK and EU Consumers (B2C): You may cancel within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging. Refund includes item cost + standard delivery. You cover return costs.

International Customers (Outside UK/EU): Returns are discretionary (including USA). If approved, return shipping, customs fees, and duties are your responsibility. Original shipping and fees are non-refundable.

B2B Customers: No statutory cooling-off period applies. Returns are not accepted unless faulty or supplied in error. Discretionary returns incur at least 20% restocking fee plus non-refundable shipping/fees.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled without charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible; returns must follow Section 4.1. Refunds cover item cost + standard delivery only.

4.3 How to Return an Item

Log in to your account, access your orders, and request a return. Use a tracked, insured method. We are not liable for lost or damaged returns. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt.

5. Sending Your Product in for Repair

You are responsible for shipping costs, whether or not the repair is under warranty. Use tracked, insured couriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Royal Mail. Studio 1 Ltd is not liable for damage or loss in transit.

5.1 International Repair Shipments and Handling Fees

If customs duties or handling fees are incurred on repair shipments sent to us, these will be added to your repair estimate. If declined, you remain responsible for settling charges before goods are returned.

6. Warranty Disclaimer for Spare Parts

Spare parts are supplied "as-is" with no manufacturer warranty unless explicitly stated. Improper installation or use may cause damage or injury. Studio 1 Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use or installation.

7. User Data and Privacy

We only collect necessary data for order processing. Data handling complies with GDPR. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitations of Liability

  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Losses from inaccurate information provided by you
  • Consequential or incidental damages from use of the Website
  • Losses from self-installation of parts
  • Items lost/damaged in return transit

Our liability will not exceed the value of your purchase.
